Social Media Manager

This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with the Bomb Money Team and play a key role in Bomb Money achieving our mission.

Responsibilities

At Bomb Money, we're on a mission to become the largest and safest crypto staking platform in the world. Our Social Media Manager will play a critical role in achieving this goal through creating engaging content to promote the many ways we can help generate wealth for our investors! We're focused on bringing crypto to the masses and expanding into new segments through an effective marketing strategy is key to this.

Duties

  • Manage our social media channels, generating thoughtful and engaging written and visual content
  • Simplify complex messages into simple bite-sized posts
  • Support our Marketing Director in the execution of our overall marketing strategy
  • Social media analytics and reporting - share regular reports on channel effectiveness with the team
  • Innovate and offer new ideas to elevate our social media presence
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms to ensure keeping to best practice guidelines and use of all latest features

Skills and knowledge you’ll need
  • Experience effectively managing social media accounts with strong engagement and growth
  • Productive and consistently generating content
  • Highly creative and engaging written style
  • Ability to create visual content to support your stories
  • Familiarity with social management tools such as Hootsuite
  • Comfortable with Twitter / Telegram / Discord and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of web3, crypto, DeFi or willingness to learn quickly

Smart Contract Developer

This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with the Bomb Money CEO & Main Dev and play a key role in Bomb Money achieving our mission.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will be implementing, designing, and reviewing smart contracts written primarily in Solidity and Hardhat. However, we’re looking for a well-rounded team player with a desire to continually evolve their skills and leverage these to advance our ecosystem.

Duties

  • The development of our smart contracts and their interactions
  • Helping define the architecture of our ecosystem
  • Write thorough test coverage of all smart contract functionality
  • Create deployment scripts and integrations for cross-chain deployments

Skills and knowledge you’ll need
  • Experience in smart contract development – we’re open to highly experienced Devs and those who are still building their skills. What matters most is having an amazing attitude and an ability to learn at pace.
  • A genuine interest in DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web3 in general.
  • Knowledge of common smart contract weaknesses, attack vectors, and bugs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a fast-moving and evolving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who can think strategically, and implement business development initiatives from ideation to execution in order to support the successful growth of BOMB Money. Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies and action plans to acquire new users, drive user engagement, and increase revenue. 
  • Identify and act on opportunities to create new partnerships
  • Report on progress to the BOMB Money senior leadership team 
  • Engage in proactive outreach and business development activities including pitching BOMB’s products and services to potential investors and partners
  • Involvement in the ideation and curation of innovative new products, services, and initiatives
    Skills and knowledge required
  • A passion for Web3, Crypto and DeFi with an ability to clearly articulate the BOMB Money value proposition
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and create recommendations to improve BOMB Money products, services and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, principles, and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high degree of creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
